My Own North Antrim Shore - Singing Farmer John Watt
This DVD is filled with music, song, dance, chat and breath-taking scenery round the north shores of County Antrim from Dunluce castle past the world-famous Giant's Causeway, the Carrick-A-Rede rope bridge to the Antrim Glens.
Farming is strongly featured with a new song about "The Farmer", a visit to Ballymena agricultural show and a look at Belgium Blue cattle.
Visits are made to Rasharking Vintage Rally, a family fun-day at Ballintoy harbour and the Moorhen greyhound racing track in Loughgiel.
There is a feature on the legendary "Indian McCook" which includes a special song about his early years as a bear-fist fighter and dancehall bouncer.
As well as having new songs, which were specially written to accompany some of the features, there are many old time ballads and tunes performed by a host of invited guests.
The production was carefully planned to appeal to a wider range of interests and all the music and chat features are strongly covered with colourful film footage.
